TeKlo makes a triumphant comeback with his latest release, ‘Dasrite’
TeKlo is a UK-based dubstep & bass music producer who is making a big comeback after being quiet for a few years with his latest tune ‘Dasrite’ – and we’ve got the exclusive premiere right here.
TeKlo has performed alongside some of the biggest names in music, including Feed Me, Gemini, and Flux Pavilion, headlined a stage at T in the Park, and has had a lot of support from BBC Radio 1 Introducing over the course of his career. Now, TeKlo is back with one of his biggest tunes to date, and you’re not going to want to miss it!
‘Dasrite’ is a bouncy, upbeat dubstep tune with an energy that is absolutely infectious. Glimmering melodies pair with a chiptune flair that is as innovative as it is catchy. And then there are the drops, where TeKlo shows us the full extent of his skills as a producer. Flawlessly combining everything we love about dubstep into one track, we can’t get this one out of our heads!
Opening with an instantly energetic, slightly gritty sound, we know we are in for a treat from the moment we hit play. TeKlo slowly builds a gentle melody while teasing the vocal sample giving the track its name, and there’s a certain playful quality to the tune – at least, until the drop.
We love the whimsical development of the tune until this point, but trust us when we say the drop is annihilating. With a groovy, rhythmic beat, we find ourselves bobbing along without a second thought – exactly what we look for in a good dubstep tune. Heavy bass meets the namesake vocal until we’re again serenaded with that insanely catchy melody, but things don’t slow down until the track ends – just the way we like it!
Combining wonky basslines with upbeat melodies and vibrant energy, ‘Dasrite’ will definitely be on repeat for a long time coming. TeKlo proves he’s a name to know with this tune, showcasing his masterful sound design and innovative production. We can’t wait to hear more from TeKlo in the future!
